Three of the best beaches in Essex

    1. Clacton Beach, Clacton-on-Sea

This Essex icon boasts all the fun of the seaside, with sand, sea, amusements and a traditional pier. A family favourite, you'll find plenty to keep everybody entertained here! Only a short drive away from our Orchards Holiday Village, you'll also find ample parking.

    2. Frinton Beach, Frinton-on-Sea

This Blue Flag beach is perfect for a full-blown day out. With gorgeous sands and a relaxed atmosphere, you can even rent one of the colourful beach huts here to really make yourself at home. Frinton-on-Sea itself is a holidaymaker favourite, so you'll find plenty of entertainment and amenities if you venture away from the shore, too.

    3. Brightlingsea Beach, Brightlingsea

If idyllic views and a little peace is what you're searching for, the quieter beach of Brightlingsea could be more your vibe. With a row of Victorian beach huts, views of the grade II-listed Bateman’s Tower and seasonal activities are including yachting, canoeing, windsurfing and even jet-skiing, there's plenty here to suit every type of beach-goer.
