Three great things about North Wales

    Snowdonia National Park

Locally known as Eryri, this National Park is Wales’ largest, spanning 823 square miles. It’s full of wonderful trails, tranquil villages and spectacular views. So pack your walking boots!

    Castles galore!

With over 600 castles in Wales, there are certainly plenty to visit whilst here. Some are even UNESCO-listed heritage sites, including Beaumaris, Conwy, Caernarfon and Harlech in the north.

    Brilliant beaches

North Wales is also home to several beaches and seaside towns. Each of our parks here is blessed with direct beach access, so you can explore the sands and enjoy dramatic coastal views.

    Frequently asked questions

"Owning my holiday home is all about family, friends, location and service. We love our holidays, set in a fantastic, quiet location amongst the Welsh shoreline. The family meet regularly, and friends join all the time. As for service, it’s all about people and individuals, whether you need help or just a chat. Help with a smile and a laugh maintains the holiday experience." Mr. Phil Green - Owner at Greenacres

"It's work life balance that we needed to consider. Our work life balance was so hectic. My husband working full time, myself working full time and our youngsters. So our weekends were just spent washing, gardening, housework, shopping, and we just felt exhausted. So when the right time in our life came along and an opportunity to purchase, that's when we decided to move into a Haven caravan park." Vanessa Griffiths - Owner at Cardigan View "So before we had our caravan here, we would probably have spent the weekend doing a bit of DIY. My son played rugby, so we'd be standing at the side of the rugby pitch cheering him on. We would have been probably going for meals, maybe going to the pub, just typical normal stuff, really. And now, well, my son doesn't play rugby anymore, so we no longer have the freezing morning Sunday rugby pitch moments.

We now wake up in a lovely holiday home. We go for dinner, the owner's restaurant on site's lovely. So we tend to get here on a Friday afternoon, go for a nice meal. We'll then perhaps go for lots of nice walks. The area and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning so we spend quite a lot of time going out locally. And the biggest difference is that we just actually relax a lot more. We actually take time to actually relax, which we probably didn't do before."

Helen Butler - Owner at Hafan y Mor

"I love the freedom to get away every week on holiday and having my own possessions around me in the caravan. I love getting away and enjoy the view from our veranda but with the privacy of our own garden area."

Kath Stafford - Owner at Presthaven

"I like going down when I want. Finishing work on a Friday, thinking it's going to be a nice weekend, being able to chuck the things in the car and go and visit. It's my little piece of heaven in Haven. It is.

For someone choosing a company to own a holiday home, I would have to say it would have to be Bourne Leisure. They're a big company. They're someone who knows what they're doing. They know how to treat people. They know how things work. They've always been informative when I've dealt with head office or park. I've always felt listened to as an owner and valued. I definitely recommend them to anyone."

Suzanne Ormshaw - Owner at Hafan y Mor

Dominated by the iconic Snowdonia, this region is one of the most rural in mainland Britain and the perfect place to relax and unwind.
