Meet the Seaside Squad
Our lovely Seaside Squad have certainly been making the headlines!
You may have spotted a few changes to the team, who’ve been entertaining families for over 30 years and who bring fun to holidays across all of our parks. These exciting new plans mean the much-loved squad can inspire many future generations of Haven holidaymakers for years to come.
Our new-look Seaside Squad have loved meeting you all on park, and we’re so excited to share a sneak peek of the team with you.
George
NAME - George
AGE - 11

SUPER SQUAD COLOUR - Blue
SUPER SQUAD ACCESSORY - Super Banana Belt
George grew up in Scotland and was the youngest of 8 brothers and sisters so he was always playing banana fights and showing off to get attention! He realised he had a talent for dancing and climbing and is very nimble. He can climb anything! He went on a family trip to Yarmouth and stayed in a big hotel. He saw a toddler was going to fall from their balcony so without hesitation, he scaled the side of the building and swung to the rescue! His love for action and imagination make him the perfect SSS recruit! During his transformation in Jaz’s ‘Glow Up Machine', there was a malfunction and he got dyed bright blue! But he thought it was really cool so decided to keep it.
Jaz
NAME - Jaz
AGE - 13
SUPER SKILL - Super Sketcher
SUPER SQUAD COLOUR - Yellow
SUPER SQUAD ACCESSORY - Super Sketchbook
Jaz grew up in the Midlands with her dad (Bradley’s brother) and two younger brothers. Her dad designs aircrafts and she showed a keen interest in sketching and planning from a very young age. She designed a super speed race car and was flown to California to work for the NASA flight research centre! She also volunteered with the beach patrol there, just like her uncle Bradley. When he contacted her to come and help save the beaches of the UK, she was there like a shot! Her problem-solving attitude makes her an asset to the SSQ.
Rory
NAME - Rory
AGE - 14

SUPER SQUAD COLOUR - Green
SUPER SQUAD ACCESSORY - Supersonic Surfboard
Rory grew up in London within a large family that loved to socialise! As the oldest brother, he became a natural leader. He spent lots of time camping with his family and friends in Cornwall as he loves to swim and surf. Rory is a pro swimmer and surfer and prides himself on his passion for beach safety!
Annie
NAME - Annie
AGE - 12
SUPER SKILL - Super Strength
SUPER SQUAD COLOUR - Pink
SUPER SQUAD ACCESSORY - Super Strength Bangle
Annie is from Yorkshire and grew up with her Mum and younger sister so has always been around girl power! She has always had a talent for making the best of every situation, be this with her positive attitude or creative flair. She is sassy and no nonsense and oozes self-confidence. Her Super Strength takes people by surprise! One unusually windy day in Scarborough, she was down at the beach collecting shells to create a mermaid fancy dress costume for a party. She noticed a little boy was trapped under a fallen beach hut. She summoned her super strength, lifted the beach hut and saved him! Her strength (inside and out) got her a place in the SSS!
Bradley, Polly and Ned
You may notice some characters are missing. Bradley will be handing the reins over to his niece, Jaz, whilst Ned and Polly are set to remain on parks in puppet format.
