What's new for 2025 at Haven Kent Coast Holiday Park
Haven Kent Coast Holiday Park near Rochester in Kent is one of our Parks of the Future, attracting millions of pounds in investment to boost its facilities. Over the last 18 months a state-of-the-art Marina Bar and Stage entertainment venue, an all-action Adventure Village, Arcade, Creative Studio and Papa Johns pizza have launched at the park. Even more exciting facilities will be launching at Kent Coast in 2025; we'll have more to share soon but in the meantime, find out more about five of the most exciting recent launches at the park.
Exciting launches at Kent Coast in 2023 and 2024
1. Marina Bar & Stage entertainment venue
One of Kent Coast's undoubted recent highlights is the incredible state-of-the art entertainment venue, the Marina Bar and Stage.
Kent Coast's state-of-the-art 1200-seater venue is a hub of entertainment, with big screens, an outdoor terrace, and a bar and kitchen.
2. The all-action Adventure Village
There are plenty of brilliant things to do and see while on park at Kent Coast, including the recently added Adventure Village. Featuring Mini Aerial Adventure low ropes, Aerial Adventure high ropes, The Jump, a Bark Yard for dogs, an outdoor stage, outdoor bar and Seaside Treats outlets, there are countless more reasons to visit.
3. Arcade update
It's not a Haven holiday without a visit to the arcade, and now Kent Coast's is even bigger and even more inviting than before, thanks to a recent makeover. We think the arcade was ready for a change. Speaking of which, don't forget those 2ps!
The new and improved arcade joins the Creative Studio in a revamped area linking up the existing complex.
4. Creative Studio
A hub for all of the many hands-on activities available, Kent Coast's own Creative Studio is the place to go for all of your pottery creations, Make a Bear and everything else crafty.

5. A bigger Papa Johns
We love a bit of Papa Johns pizza at Haven - and so do our holidaymakers! The Papa Johns at Kent Coast has been relocated and expanded to make way for more guests and orders. And you know what that means: even. more. PIZZA!
You can order your favourites to enjoy in the Papa Johns restaurant, to take away, or - thanks to Haven Serve - just about anywhere on park! So pick up a pepperoni or munch on a margherita in the comfort of your caravan or while you enjoy the entertainment. (We don't even mind if you put pineapple on it).

Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.
An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
