Whether you’re looking to totally switch off on holiday, or want to stay plugged in with your friends wherever you are, we know that having an online connection is an important part of your plans.

That’s why Haven has worked hard behind the scenes to bring you multiple options for staying connected via Wi-Fi, 4G or 5G, with free and paid-for options available. Read on to find out how you can stay connected during your next Haven holiday!

From The Brigs of Ayr in Craig Tara, Scotland to the Mash and Barrel at Orchards, Essex – most of our on-site venues and main complex areas have free Wi-Fi for you to use during your break. So whether you’re grabbing a coffee, enjoying a pint or keeping the kids entertained during a meal out, you can hop online from your device and browse for free.

2. 4G, 5G and our exclusive Vodafone partnership

Thanks to our one-of-a-kind partnership with Vodafone, we've been able to launch improved connectivity across several Haven parks, with more to come.

Haven is working to build 4G and 5G masts on all of our parks, creating a stronger, faster and more reliable mobile service than ever before, boosting connectivity for both guests and owners.

To access this super-fast mobile internet, you just need a Vodafone SIM or eSIM in your phone or MiFi device, which will then mean you can stream, browse, and stay connected throughout your stay.

If you use Asda Mobile, Lebara, Talkmobile or VOXI (all services that use Vodafone’s network) you’ll automatically also benefit from improved connectivity!

3. Owner Wi-Fi

For our caravan owners, who spend the most amount of time on our parks, staying connected is more important than ever, and we want to make sure you have a connectivity choice that suits you. Our owners can make the most of optimised Vodafone 4G and 5G at parks where masts are live, by purchasing a mobile broadband router and a Vodafone SIM card. This will bring you a range of key benefits, including:

  • always-on 4G and 5G coverage

  • extended 4G range

  • better access for your guests

You can also use your existing mobile to create a hotspot within your holiday home, allowing you to connect other devices to the internet. We’re also looking into creating tailored Owner Wi-Fi packages as an additional service – we’ll share more information when we’re closer to launching these.

Holiday home Wi-Fi at Hafan y Mor

At our Hafan y Mor holiday park in North Wales, we’ve gone a step further, introducing free, basic Wi-Fi and premium, paid-for, high-speed Wi-Fi options, available from the comfort of your caravan.

Inside each of our hire fleet caravans, you'll have the option to access our Wi-Fi network. Premium Wi-Fi is perfect for movie nights in, downtime for the kids, or to upload those all-important holiday snaps (Haven deckchair, anyone?). Your purchase covers unlimited devices, too, so the whole family’s games consoles, tablets and phones can join in the fun.
