There’s no better place to get away from the hustle and bustle than with a trip to your Haven holiday home. Whether it’s a static caravan or luxury lodge, there’s always fun to be had and memories to be made. But what about when you’re away from it? There's no need to let it sit empty when it could be earning you income.

Although staying in your holiday home all year round is not possible, during the season there’s a fantastic option to let it out whenever you’re busy inland with day-to-day life. This article shows how letting out your static caravan is made easy by our professional team who have a whole host of expertise around caravans to let. 


    What’s it all about? 

    Our letting service will help offset your holiday homes running cost, and we’ll manage it all for you. Our terrific team will do the legwork and the paperwork, so you can be sure your holiday home is well looked after too.

    You can let at all parks excluding Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Riviere Sands and Seaview.

    Choose between our three letting products

    There are three fantastic ways to let your holiday home with Haven. All you have to do is choose the right one for you.

    Our Let2offset product: is available to you when you’re buying a new holiday home or part-exchanging your existing one. Sign up and let your holiday home for the required number of weeks to earn preferential income to cover your site fees (paid monthly with Let2offset). Relax knowing site fee costs are taken care of until 2031. Terms apply and the product is available on selected parks and holiday homes. 

    Our Fixed product: gives you a nice round figure for what you’ll earn when your static caravan is let with us. We agree on the dates together and you’re then guaranteed a set figure in the kitty. 

    Our Flexi product: this flexible option allows you to submit your holiday home for letting on dates of your choice. The earning potential is higher than with our Fixed product, but there are no guarantees we will fill your holiday home once we take it on for letting, or that we’ll accept your holiday home for all the dates you’d like. Dates are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis and dates will only be let onto our letting roster if and when there’s sufficient demand for holidays.

    The seamless process 

    We look after the bookings and the guests.

    From advertising our holidays, guest payments and arrivals to customer queries and cleaning, we look after everything the guest will need during their stay in your holiday home, so all you need to do is sit back and relax. 

    We look after you.

    Our on-park experience team are focused on looking after you and especially your holiday home; we know how much it means to you. We take care of post-holiday cleans and make sure your holiday home is ship-shape. 

    You’ll earn extra income.

    At the end of the season, we’ll apply the income you have earned during the season to your owner account to offset your running costs and site fees.

    We have dedicated teams looking after the marketing, bookings, cleaning, guest services and aftersales. They all are part of a seamless process that welcomes hundreds of thousands of holidaymakers a year. Let with Haven Letting and you can sit back and relax.

    How does it all work? 

    If you’re buying a holiday home and signing up with Let2offset, you’ll sign up at time of purchase. You’ll then annually give us your dates and commit to another year of letting. We’ll advise you of when this needs doing by. You have to commit to a select number of weeks and dates, these are detailed on the Let2offset page. If for any reason, you decide Let2offset is not for you, and you don’t want to renew for the following year, then you can stop, however you won’t be able to rejoin. 

    If you’re looking to use our Fixed or Flexi products, you can sign up once you’ve bought your holiday home or have a few years of having the holiday home to yourself and then let it.  

    With our fixed product, you’ll give us your dates for letting at any point in the season and once dates are agreed by both of us, we’ll guarantee the letting income regardless of whether we fill it or not.  

    Our Flexi product as the name implies is more flexible when it comes to income earned: you can add letting dates whenever you wish during the holiday season but the more popular the dates are with our holidaymakers such as peak summer school holidays, the more you’re likely to earn as you’ll get a proportion of the value of what our holidaymakers paid. Dates are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, but the good news is we’re likely to have good demand for dates when the opportunity for earning is high. 

    All letting earnings are minus VAT, commission and cleaning costs. 

    Once you’ve registered your interest to let on our owners’ website, we’ll start the ball rolling by ensuring your caravan is fully equipped and ready to go. When you sign up, we’ll visit your van to check it over, then we’ll work with you to make sure your holiday home is ready to let with Haven. 

    This includes checking your holiday home for: 

    • The correct inventory 

    • Conducting valid safety tests  

    • Any work required on your holiday home to bring it up to the required standard 

    • If there is additional work required for letting out your static caravan, we’ll let you know. We’ll need your authorisation before we start any work. 

    Once you're under way, you can manage your lettings dates on our owners' website.

    Important information

    Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031

    Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.

    ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview.  The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.

    “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.  It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.

    An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.

    Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
