Weekly Craft and Gift Market 

Where: The Crossway Church, Clinton Place, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 1NP 

When: Every Thursday, 10am to 2pm 

A delightful indoor market in a pretty seaside town, this market is proud to offer crafts on the more unusual side! Treat yourself from one of the dozen or so stalls here–there’s a mix of regular and changing traders. When you’ve worked up an appetite, pop to the market cafe for tea and cake.

Brighton Silent Disco Walking Party 

Where: Through Brighton 

When: Dates from 22 March 2025 

Sing and dance your heart out as you venture round the streets of Brighton! This unique experience requires you bring comfy shoes and your own alcohol–you’ll start at the Old Steine Gardens, then make your way past Brighton landmarks towards the beach, all while absolute bangers are blazing through your headphones.

Bexhill 100 Seafront Display

When: 20 April 2025

Where: The Old Bathing Station, De La Warr Parade, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex TN40 1LA

Classic and custom cars will be displayed with pride at this free seafront event. Admire them at your leisure and pick up an ice-cream as you stroll the promenade.

Elderflower Fields Family Festival 

Where: Ashdown Forest, Sussex 

When: 23-26 May 2025 

The whole family is invited—this festival is specifically designed for families to let their hair down and enjoy the very best of nature, music, and the arts. Previous years have seen all kinds of entertainment, from live bands and DJ sets to tree climbing, insect hunts, and glass blowing.

Chichester Cheese and Chilli Festival 

Where: Oaklands Park, Chichester PO19 6AP 

When: 21-22 June 2025 

Chilli and cheese, the perfect combination! For a fun day out, that’ll satisfy both boredom and bellies, this festival is a must-do. Of course, there’s cheese tasting and a chilli-eating contest, but you’ll also find heaps of entertainment like wrestling, puppet shows, cooking theatre, and crazy golf. Phew! To rest tired feet, there are plenty of places to chill with a picnic around the site.

Hastings Beer and Music Festival

When: 2-5 July 2025

Where: The Oval, Bohemia Road, Hastings TN34 1EU

Celebrating the best of local beer, food and music, Hastings Beer and Music Festival is a fun and friendly annual event that’s ideal to share with friends and family. There’s a kids’ disco, DJ sets and even a cinema night. Run entirely by volunteers, any money the festival makes goes back into supporting the community.

Into the Wild Summer Festival 2025 

Where: Chiddinglye Farm, East Grinstead 

When: 21-25 August 2025 

For a chance to truly connect with nature, this family-friendly festival is surrounded by beautiful forests and meadows. There are over 200 activities including workshops, dance, music, food, crafts, and of course, plenty of stalls from sellers around the world. Plus, your ticket helps fund nature recovery. 

Bexhill 100 Classic and Custom Car Show 

Where: The Polegrove, Brockley Road, Bexhill-on-Sea 

When: 25 August 2025, 10am to 4:30pm 

Bexhill-on-Sea is the home of British motor racing! Car enthusiasts must visit this classic car show, as there will be over 500 cars on display from all eras. Have a wander around the grounds, there are plenty of photo ops–then treat yourself at one of dozens of stalls.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years

Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.

‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview.  The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.

‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.  

An example of how ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures.

Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024.
