
Things to do in Pagham
Pagham is one of the most peaceful places in Sussex and home to our Church Farm Holiday Park. If you fancy an escape from the hustle and bustle, there are few better places to escape to than this sleepy seaside Sussex village.
There are quite a few things to do in Pagham, so when you stay with us at Church Farm you’ll be a matter of steps from loads of great holiday experiences with the family and memories that last a lifetime. The famous Pagham Harbour and its nature reserve are joined by a sprinkling of underrated places perfect for a family day out. We’ll take you through them all in this article.
Pagham Harbour

Head to Pagham Harbour for a breath of fresh air and an adventure around a Site of Specific Scientific Interest close to Church Farm Holiday Park. There are two main ways to get here. A drive takes you around the waterways for 20 minutes before you reach the centre of the harbour, and a 50-minute walk gets you there on a more direct route from us.
Either way, the journey here is scenic and part of the attraction in itself. The natural marshlands of the area may make this area slightly harder to navigate, but you’re more than rewarded with the incredible scenery between our park and the harbour. A walk around here is without doubt one of the best things to do in Pagham.
Pagham Harbour nature reserve

Pagham Harbour is made all the more fantastic by the incredible range of wildlife that makes the entire area home. You’ll be standing on one of the only undeveloped coastal places in the county, making a visit here one of the best things to do in Sussex. Species from black-tailed godwits to little egrets migrate here, and the harbour’s website describes the area as an internationally important wetland for wildlife.
The area is brilliant for your furry friend with a lead, and there is a discovery trail to stroll along and learn more about the nature reserve’s role in conservation.
Aldwick Bay Estate

Aldwick Bay Estate is one of the most prestigious places to live on the whole south coast, and a visit to this area gives a great insight into the wealth that’s found in Pagham and its vicinity.
Sitting neatly on the beach of the same name, the golden sand is great for a picnic and sea breeze is as fresh as it gets. Established in 1929, the estate has been home to many rich and famous people, including the Parker-Bowles family, Bing Crosby and Nigel Benn. Visiting this prime location is one of the most insightful things to do in Pagham.
The Salt House at Little Welborne

This cute and historic building can be found on a walk just five minutes away from us at Church Farm. With a classic thatched roof and a scenic view of the surrounding marshland, the Salt House has an outbuilding from the 18th-century and illustrates what life what was like back then.
For a split second, you’re thrown back into the reality of pre-industrial England. The building’s Grade II-listed status pays homage to this, one of the oldest buildings in Pagham and the surrounding area.
Pagham Lagoon

Aldwick Beach

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.

The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.
An example of how ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024.
