Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2025

When: 30 April-5 May 2025
Did you know that Speyside is home to over 50 distilleries? Whisky beginners to seasoned experts come together to enjoy this region-wide celebration of the native spirit of Scotland. Visitors from over 50 countries come to enjoy over 700 tours, tastings, and talks.

Edinburgh Trad Fest

Honouring traditional music from across Scotland, the Edinburgh Tradfest features artists in many venues across the city. Experience music, film, storytelling, and even workshops–2024 saw lessons in songwriting, traditional dance, and youth classes!

Glennglassaugh Traditional Boat Festival
Where: Harbour of Portsoy
When: 28-29 June 2025
Live music kicks off this boating festival, then it’s on to plenty of entertainment, dancing, stalls, crafts, and delicious food and drink. Hundreds of heritage boats will drop their anchors at the harbour, so it’s an impressive must-visit event! It’s fully wheelchair accessible and there’s nearby parking if you’re coming by car.

Glasgow Fair Family Race Day
When: 21 July 2025
Where: Ayr Racecourse, Whitletts Road, Ayr KA8 0JE
Top racing combines with family fun on this Ayrshire day out. Kids can expect fairground rides, facepainting, a mascot race and the chance to meet some of their favourite superheroes. The Ayr Gold Cup Trial also takes place, where you can witness some of the horses and jockeys hoping to compete in the September headline race.

World Pipe Band Championships
Where: Glasgow Green
When: 15-16 August 2025
This annual competition sees over 200 pipe bands compete for the championship title, putting on spectacular performances for over 30,000 spectators! The Inveraray and District Pipe Band currently hold the title–-will you get to witness the crowning of a new winner?
Largs Viking Festival
Where: The Promenade, Largs, KA30 8NE
When: 30 August-7 September 2025
Vikings had a significant influence on Scottish history. This family-friendly event marks the 1263 Battle of Largs–-come and explore the period-accurate Viking village, watch battle reenactments, relax to live music and have a nose around the craft and food market. On the last day of the fest, there will even be a ceremonial boat burning on the boating pond.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.
An example of how ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024.
