Dig Deeper Tour
Where: Woodhorn Museum, Queen Elizabeth II Country Park, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 9YF
When: Daily at 2pm, open Wednesday to Sunday
Keen to learn more about the mining history that the North East is so famous for? Pop to the museum on any day it's open and take a tour of the darker side of mining. You’ll navigate the colliery buildings as your guide explains what life would have been like for miners–including the dangers they faced. At the end of the tour, pop to The Winding House Cafe for refreshments.

Feast of Fire Garden
Where: Hirst Park, Ashington
When: 21-22 March 2025
A celebration of diversity in culture, this event sees the park transformed into a garden lit by flames with lots of mouthwatering locally made dishes on offer! Enjoy food and drink while being entertained by acoustic musicians. It’s a magical experience in the heart of Ashington!

Morpeth Northumbrian Gathering
Where: Throughout Morpeth town (map of events available)
When: 25-27 April 2025
This traditional festival offers three days of fun, food, drinks, crafts, and dancing! Listen to historic storytelling or watch a battle enactment. Professional and amateur performers come together with a procession involving street dancers, accordion players and so much more!
Stockton Calling
Where: Multiple venues throughout Stockton
When: 19 April 2025
Avid music fans won’t want to miss this multi-venue music festival! Past lineups have included The Zutons, The Futureheads, and British Sea Power, among so many more well-known British artists. Your tickets will cover the full lineup on the day and most venues are fully accessible. Suitable for including and over 14-year-olds.

Northumberland County Show
Where: Bywell Hall, Bywell, Stocksfield, Northumberland, NE43 7AB
When: 24 May 2025
Celebrate rural Northumbrian life at this traditional annual event. Come and watch livestock competitions, horse shows, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment like stunt bike shows and live music. Learn about the history of agriculture with the many displays, and even get up close to alpacas, goats, sheep, and pigs! Bring comfy shoes and waterproofs on the day.
Into the Fields Festival
Where: Meggies Burn, Blyth
When: 23-25 May 2025
Another one for the music lovers, this three-day festival celebrates some of the UK’s top tribute acts including Foo Fighters, Oasis, and Queen, among many others! If you want to try something different, there’s a silent disco every afternoon, plus live DJ sets. Wander round and soak up the atmosphere whilst indulging in luxury street food or a cocktail or two. It’s a family-friendly event, under 18s are welcome!

Mighty Dub Fest

Where: Alnwick Castle, Alnwick NE66 1NQ
This award-winning family festival features three stages of acts; craft workshops; dog shows; a circus and of course, plenty of tasty food and drink. While at its heart it’s a big celebration of the VW campervan, everyone is welcome!

Colony Music Festival

This small, one-day festival packs a big punch! You’ll find plenty of bands performing live music, a range of beers and food to enjoy, and even a mini funfair.

Lindisfarne Festival
When: 28-30 August 2025
Where: Beal Farm, Beal, Northumberland TD15 2PB
Taking place just a stone’s throw away from our Northumberland parks, this annual music festival is just the ticket for a spot of end-of-summer fun. Headlined by The Waterboys and Scouting For Girls (with a special shoutout to The Lancashire Hotpots), more acts are set to be announced in the coming months.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.
An example of how ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024.
