Heartlands Parkrun
Where: Heartlands, Pool, Redruth
When: Every Saturday at 9 am
Everyone is welcome at Heartlands parkrun. This inclusive event is suitable for everyone, regardless of how fast you are. Buggies and dogs are also welcome! The 5k event happens on a weekly basis and is FREE to enter. Just head to parkrun UK’s website to register and get your barcode for the event.
St Ives Brewery Tour
Where: Unit 5, Marsh Lane Industrial Estate, Hayle, TR27 5JR
When: Every Friday and Saturday from 3pm
St Ives is one of the county’s most idyllic beach towns, where you can take a tour of the taproom at St Ives Brewery. Take a look behind the scenes of what it takes to make a delicious pint. You’ll get to try samples too, plus receive a discount in the brewery shop. Cheer to that!

Rattlerfest
When: 25-26 April 2025
Where: Healeys Cyder Farm, Penhallow, Truro
Known for its Rattler Cornish Cider, Healeys Cyder Farm is also popular for its annual Rattler Fest, featuring two days of live music, games, and celebrity DJs. Already on the line-up for 2025 are Toploader, Lightning Seeds and Judge Jules.

St Ives Food and Drink Festival 2025
Where: Porthminster Beach, St Ives
When: 16-18 May 2025
Enjoy music, food, and drinks on the beach, just as the weather starts warming up! Featuring cookery demonstrations and talks from the best chefs in the region, plus tons of delicious local food. Wash it all down with artisanal drinks and dance the night away. Entry is free!
Helston Flora Day
Where: Helston town centre
When: 8 May 2025
Local Helstonians have been celebrating this traditional Spring festival for hundreds of years. Come and join them! The day is marked by four distinct dances, local music, and a parade through the town to ward off winter and say hello to the ongoing summer. There’s parking available around the town and plenty of pretty cafes to grab a bite to eat!

Royal Cornwall Show
Where: The Royal Cornwall Events Centre, Whitecross, Wadebridge, PL27 7JE
When: 5-7 June 2025
This Cornish show really offers everything you’d expect from an agricultural event, plus so much more. There’s an open-air arena (one of the first in the country) with showjumping and livestock competitions. THere’s fab live music each year, plus on-the-ground performers and even a funfair. As you’d expect, there’s plenty of delicious, locally-made grub to fill hungry bellies!

Rock Oyster 2025

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.
An example of how ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024.
