We're really looking forward to welcoming you on your Christmas or New Year Haven holiday. We want you to have a truly great time on your well-deserved break, so this is the page you’ll want to come to when you’re nearer your holiday start date to find all you need to make your coastal escape brilliant. Don’t worry, we’ll send out emails explaining any actions you’ll need to take and tips to make the most of your stay.

Booking activities and our Santa's Grotto
Pre-book free activities and ones you’ll need to pay a little extra for, up to 12 weeks before your break*
You can enjoy an appearance from Father Christmas himself at our Santa's Grotto. This is a paid-for session which you can book once you arrive on park.
Activities can also be booked whilst you’re on holiday, but we recommend booking ahead for anything you’re sure you want to try
Within 7 days of your break, you can pre-book activities from 1pm onwards for any activities you'd like to do on your arrival day and up until 4pm for your departure day. Should you book before your arrival slot, your activity may get cancelled
Please note: you’ll be able to book activities for the first day of your break via the Activity Booking Point on park once you’ve checked in (subject to availability).

Decorated Christmas tree in your accommodation
Arrival is on Monday, 23 December, and departure is on Friday, 27 December for Christmas breaks
Guests booking this break will arrive to a Christmas tree and decorations in their chosen accommodation!
Booking Christmas Day dinner
If you've booked a Christmas week break (Monday, 23 December-Friday, 27 December), the park's main restaurant is serving a three-course dinner with all the trimmings on Christmas Day, so you can celebrate the festivities in style.
Slots for Christmas Dinner will be available from 12 weeks before. Availability will be limited.
At Kent Coast, Rockley Park, Cala Gran and Seashore, you'll be able to reserve your table at Haven.com/experience and book and pay for Christmas dinner. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is made in full.
Menu choices need to be confirmed for all members of the party no later than 30 November 2024. We recommend you complete this step as soon after booking as possible. If menu choices haven't been completed by 30 November we can't guarantee your booking or your menu preferences.
At Primrose Valley, you can book a table in The Five Stones, where a J D Wetherspoon festive menu will be available to you on the day. The Lakehouse will not be open on Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
The Food and Drink Card will not be valid to pay for Christmas Dinner bookings.
More details will be sent out to guests nearer the time.
Thinking of cooking Christmas dinner in your accommodation?
The ovens in our accommodation aren't exactly like those you'd find at home. If you're thinking of cooking Christmas dinner yourself, we'd recommend you bring something a little smaller than your average festive feast, such as turkey fillets, rather than a whole bird.

Booking Boxing Day or New Year's Day dining
If you've booked a Christmas break, you can also book Boxing Day meals. If you've booked a New Year break, New Year's Day meals can be enjoyed. Both will be served in the park's main restaurant. Here's how to secure a spot:
Head to haven.com/experience and enter the booker's surname and your holiday reference number, which you'll find in your holiday confirmation email
Set the date as 26 December for Boxing Day or 1 January for New Year's Day and select 'Food & Drink' and then the park's main restaurant
Choose your time slot and book a table for the desired number of guests
Booking swimming sessions
You'll be able to pre-book up to 16 indoor swim slots per holiday booking from 12 weeks before your break start date and throughout your entire stay with us on park. Each swim slot lasts for 60 minutes.

Each park's fantastic amusement arcade is the go-to place for spot of good old seaside fun over the winter and festive period.
There's penny machines, grabbing machines, a chance to win prizes and some parks even have soft play too!

What to bring
The lead-up to your holiday is always exciting and we don't want you to forget anything. Don't worry about bringing a Christmas tree with you if you're joining us on a Christmas break. There will be one waiting inside your accommodation for you!
Here's a little checklist:
Washing-up bits; cloth/sponge, washing-up liquid and hand wash
Tea towels, oven gloves, kitchen roll, kitchen foil to wrap and store food
Plastic plates, cups and cutlery if you have young children
Towels (towels will be supplied in Silver, Gold and Signature models)
Toilet rolls, toiletries and a bath mat
Hairdryer (a hairdryer will be supplied in Silver, Gold and Signature models)
Tea bags/coffee, squash, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, oil - these are also all available in our on-site Mini Market
Your favourite DVDs. (A DVD player is included in the following accommodation: Caravans: Silver, Gold, Signature. Lodges: Emerald, Diamond, Signature. Chalets: Comfort Plus. Apartments: Comfort with Veranda)
Don’t worry, if you forget any of the essentials you can always pop into our supermarket and stock up. We also have a range of hire goods available if you can’t squeeze everything into your car including travel cots, towels and high-chairs. Check out our essential guide to packing.
Getting ready for your arrival
Please look out for emails from us which will include details of the check-in process you need to follow before you arrive
It's really important we have the best email and mobile number for you to make sure we can keep you updated about your arrival. You can always update your details by visiting My Account. Here you can also: view all upcoming, and up to three previously booked breaks, see your payment schedule, all inclusive add-ons and accommodation, add or remove guests and extras, and Choose Your Holiday Home.
To get everything ready for your arrival, you will be asked to confirm how you are getting to the park and to add your car registration if you are driving by logging into haven.com/experience. This speeds up the arrival process and helps you to start your break sooner
If you've not already booked a specific check-in slot, your arrival slot will be available on haven.com/experience 7 days before your arrival date and your exact location on park will be available one day before
Check in
5 tips for a smooth arrival
1. Before you start your journey, use the My Haven app* or log in to haven.com/experience to view and save your personalised map to navigate to your holiday home on park. You'll find all the information you need about your holiday here thanks to our now paperless arrivals process, so download the app to access the park guide, holiday home guide and to book activities and dining experiences.
2. You can arrive up to 2 hours before your chosen or designated accommodation check-in slot, but no earlier than 11am (if you have been allocated an 12pm-1pm accommodation check-in time, you can only arrive 1 hour before this slot)
If you arrive early, you'll have access to use the restaurants, arcades, shops and have free roam of outdoor spaces on their parks. Please note: your accommodation can only be accessed at your designated arrival slot. If you've booked a Haven break, you can pick up your Play Passes from inside your accommodation at your designated arrival slot.
3. Stay in your vehicle when you get to the park entrance and check-in with the "Welcome Team". You'll receive a hanger to display in your car, which allows you to come and go in your vehicle.
4. When you get to your holiday home it will be sealed – break the seal and you will find your keys and play passes inside.
5. Get settled in, take a good look around and rate the cleanliness of your holiday home on the My Haven app* or via haven.com/experience
Please note: Please do not arrive any earlier than two hours before your chosen or allocated accommodation check-in slot(reminder: 12pm-1pm check-in can only arrive 1 hour before their accommodation check-in slot), as you may be asked to leave the park and return during your allocated time slot in order to help keep other guests safe and secure.

Please note: if the seal on your caravan is broken when you arrive, please do not enter and contact a member of the park team immediately who will be able to assist you.
Check out
On the day of departure we ask that all our guests leave their holiday homes by 10am and drop their keys to their accommodation into the buckets provided on the way out. We want guests to be able to make the most of their time away with us and you are welcome to use the park facilities on your departure day for any bookings such as activities, swimming and restaurants. However, the last activity or table booking you should make is for 4pm.
