Join us for a 3, 4 or 7-night festive break and look forward to themed activities for the kids, endless entertainment and festive food and drink.
Our Haven breaks are available from 13 December onwards and include your choice of self-catering caravan or lodge. You'll have access to our fabulous facilities including our incredible swimming pools, a whole host of live entertainment, delicious dishes available to buy from our restaurants and takeaways, plus lots of fun in our amusement arcade. You'll also have access to book a range of free and paid-for festive activities including a special Santa's Grotto experience (subject to availability and an additional charge).
Join us for a Christmas break between 23-27 December 2024, or a New Year break between 30 December 2023 - 3 January 2025.
Festive family getaways between 16-23 December can be booked as the full Haven package, or as a Hideaway break if you're just looking for a base and access to restaurants. Breaks over Christmas and New Year will be for the full Haven package only.

Over the entire festive period, you'll find multiple foodie options thanks to each park's main restaurant plus well-loved on-park brands like Burger King and Papa Johns (varies by park), so no more arguing over what cuisine to plump for – all bases are covered, keeping even the fussiest eaters happy. Let us do the cooking for you this Christmas and pre-book a delicious Christmas Day 3-course meal* with all the trimmings for the whole family. There'll also be Boxing Day and New Year's Day options, too (fees apply).
How to book Christmas Day Dinner
You'll be able to pre-book your Christmas Day dinner in our checkout extras a little closer to the time. Once available, you'll simply select a time-slot from the drop-down to secure your table booking.

3. Cosy Christmas accommodation
Enjoy your holiday in the lap of luxury by staying in one of our cosy caravans or spacious lodges over the festive season. Staying in a lodge is the perfect way to enjoy all your home comforts whilst adding a touch of luxury to your break by the seaside.
Our spacious lodges feature luxury furnishings, modern appliances and central heating throughout to keep you cosy in the winter. If you're planning on cooking your own family festive feast, you'll find an open plan kitchen with modern appliances, a full size fridge freezer for storing all your party food and drink in and an unrivalled space to sit back and relax with your loved ones.
Festive extras
If you're staying with us over Christmas, all our accommodation will be dressed with a 4ft pre-lit Christmas tree, lights and baubles to get you well and truly in the festive spirit. This is included in the price of your break.

Let2offset - make no site fee payments for 7 years
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Victory Ashberry 3 Bed or equivalent grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion.
An example of how ‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset for 7 years’ operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Victory Ashberry 3 Bed holiday home at Seton Sands with a monthly site fee of £667.08 (includes purchasing discount of £17.08) and monthly letting income of £673.17. The monthly difference equates to £23.17, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2025 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Victory Ashberry 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading as of 2024.
