What's new Skegness Holiday Park, Lincolnshire
The newest member of the Haven family, Skegness Holiday Park in Lincolnshire is now fully open! Bursting with fresh new facilities after an £11 million revamp, with exciting new food, entertainment and activity facilities for holidaymakers and owners alike to enjoy. Read on to find out more!
1. Outdoor Piazza and Bark Yard
The new Piazza is the perfect spot for outdoor entertainment, and adds even more to the whole look and feel of the park. This large pedestrianised area includes a huge outdoor stage with seating area to enjoy live performances and even family movies.
The Seaside Treats stand is close by for a treat – think ice creams with a flake, crêpes and waffles with generous toppings. And the Box Bar serves ice-cold refreshing drinks, draught beer and wine for you to enjoy in the sunshine.
To keep the kids busy we have our Bungee Trampolines to reach new heights, and Kart Hire for exploring the park on wheels.
And because some of our favourite holidaymakers have four legs, we've added a Bark Yard doggy obstacle course to keep furry friends entertained, too.
We hope this new area will become a focal point of the park and a big part of what makes your holiday here special.
2. Marina Bar and Stage entertainment venue
We've added a state-of-the-art new Marina Bar and Stage entertainment venue at Skegness, featuring a stage and multiple screens to truly showcase the amazing acts that make Haven's entertainment so special, and becoming a the go-to venue for sporting events. There's also a bar serving drinks and snacks, where you can also use the Haven Serve app for complete convenience.
The Marina Bar and Stage has a fresh, new look with comfortable booths and twinkly lights for you to relax with a drink and enjoy the show.
3. Family restaurant
The existing Tavern bar has had an extension and facelift and is now known as The Richmond Arms. With loads of family-friendly dining options in a comfortable setting and a generous menu featuring all of your usual pub grub favourites, you'll be spoilt for choice. Just make sure you leave enough room for pudding!
4. More exciting food options
Feeling peckish? We've also added three new foodie-favourite takeaway options to the site.
Head to Papa Johns for perfect pizzas made to order, using only fresh, hand-tossed dough and prepared with all your favourite toppings.
Meanwhile Burger King will dish up freshly prepared, mouth-watering burgers grilled over real flames, the BK way!
Plus with a new Cook's for tasty fish and chips with lashings of salt and vinegar (a seaside favourite!) all of your holiday dining needs are covered.
5. The Arcade - new and improved
All change! The Arcade has had a full makeover, with new machines, new games and a walk-through prize shop where you can pick out your hard-earned rewards.
Kids, big and small will love our arcade entertainment centre. Colourful, bright and airy, there’s something for everyone – from classic 2p machines and prize ticket machines to a large adults-only gaming area. Get saving that loose change ready for a spot of family arcade fun.

Free 2024 site fees when you buy a Haven holiday home
Offer is applicable to new customer purchases made through Haven from 19 April 2024, completing by 31 December 2024.

A credit equivalent to the value of your site fees due during the 2024 season will be applied to your account balance on completion of your purchase for use against your running costs e.g. utilities, after-sale add-ons e.g storage boxes or site fees. Let2offset - make no site fee payments until 2031
Let2offset is a contractual lettings product that offers eligible owners a guaranteed letting income at a preferential rate (calculated each year) in exchange for a stipulated number of letting breaks. It also allows eligible owners to pay their site fees and receive their letting income in 12 equal monthly instalments; the monthly site fee amount charged by Haven will be after deduction of the letting income.
‘Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031’ is available at 33 Haven parks excluding Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garreg Wen, Lydstep Beach, Riviere Sands and Seaview. The letting income received will vary by make, model and location. The monthly site fee payment does not include running costs e.g. utilities, rates & insurance.
“Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” is applicable to new and existing customer purchases of new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed or equivalent or superior grade holiday home purchases made through Haven where customers have also signed up to Haven’s Let2offset contract. It is not applicable to private sales and cannot be used in conjunction with our free Site Fee promotion. It is available across 40% of eligible Parks and applies when letting a new Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home (or equivalent or superior grade for 15 weeks.
An example of how “Make no site fee payments when using Let2offset until 2031” operates under Let2offset is the purchase of an Atlas Sahara 3 Bed holiday home at Primrose Valley with a monthly site fee of £585.00 (includes purchasing discount of £45) and monthly letting income of £803.67. The monthly difference equates to £218.67, which will be credited to the owner's account. Both letting income and site fees are subject to yearly pricing reviews and the monthly site fee costs and letting income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
Modelled assumptions on expected annual site fee and letting income charges over the 7-year lettable life of the Atlas Sahara 3 Bed indicate that under Let2offset it is anticipated that these customers will continue to receive a monthly credit during this period, however, this is not guaranteed. The modelled assumptions are based on the historical performance of Haven over the past 5 years of trading.
