Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly, forthcoming to aid if you have any gripes - our sensor light was broken and they fixed it within the day. Pool is overcrowded, overrun in bookings so very difficult for an adult to swim whatsoever and was very disappointed by this as other Havens have adult swimming options but the focus was mainly for children under 10, lots of shallow water play options and slides for the little ones. Two bigger slides available for others. Wouldnt have bothered booking it had I known that it was so busy so not much room for me to swim but great for kids as the pool is limited to 1.2m in depth entirely, there is no deep end. Did find as well that the caravan wasnt cleaned to my personal preferences, found someone's dirty sock, two packets of crisps under the bed and the top of the extractor fan had clearly never been cleaned. Shower would have benefitted from some drain cleaner but despite those gripes, caravan was clean, lots of options for entertaining kids, park play, arcades and entertainment inside for them but albeit quite limited for young adults who may not have children. Worth noting that they are very accommodating of health conditions, met an older gent who was reliant on oxygen and they had everything he needed on hand, on site, ready at his caravan. I was impressed by this accommodation. Big shout out to Catia, the lovely girl in the Coasthouse, such a lovely member of staff who remembered me multiple times and I thought that level of care should be noted. Such a fantastic staff member, very on the ball and very welcoming. Despite several complaints, I thought the site location was fantastic, staff being on site at all hours was reassuring, security are all absolutely lovely folk and do a fantastic job - especially the older gent with glasses who often works the doors of the bar as he was very helpful in looking for a family members glasses - which we did find in the end the following day thanks to bar staff.

7 nights, 27 July to 3 August 2026 3-bedroom bronze caravan, family of five What a magical third visit to Haven Seashore! My happy place on the Norfolk coast has never felt more perfect. We arrived on the 27th and straight away headed to the beach – the boys couldn’t wait. We were told our caravan would be ready 4-5pm however it was ready for us by 2pm, which was a pleasant surprise. The boys loved the Shore Water Park with its huge flumes and waterslides, the onsite amusements, and the convenience of Burger King and Papa John’s right on the park (Burger King for lunch when we first arrive is a yearly tradition). One evening we took our Pizza Deck pizzas to the beach for an impromptu dinner as the sun was setting – pure seaside bliss! The Coast House restaurant was our favourite spot. Big shout-outs to Amy and Marcie who were both great, and of course Rudy in Nisa who was very friendly and welcoming when we picked up all our yummy treats for the caravan. We love riding the open-top bus to Yarmouth – the boys thought it was brilliant! Next time we’ll definitely grab the land train and give that a go. It’s our third visit and we’re already counting down the days until we can come back. Seashore is more than just a holiday park – it’s my happy place, If you’re looking for the perfect family seaside break, this is it! 🌊🏖️

The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The caravan wasn’t very clean on our arrival, however I completed the arrival questionnaire and within 10 minutes I had a call and then within another 10 the cleaners were at our caravan to rectify any issues. They did and were very pleasant whilst doing so. The pool is fantastic and the beach is lovely too. The activities could of been spaced out better though only some were on at the same time or finished to late for you to get to other activities and they were all only on once so you couldn’t book on an alternative day. They said this was as it was out of season time but last year at Hopton there was loads more choice and things were on more than once enabling you to book an alternative day should activity times clash. The shop on site is good and has pretty much everything you need but somethings are pricey. Great little train ride from the site that runs upto the pier. The pier was nice with lots of places to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay though 😊👍 I must add that security do a fantastic job!!

Went to Seashore the first time with my son for 4 days. We booked a Saver caravan and it was nice and clean on arrival, good location too. One stain on sofa and a small one on one of the single bed which someone came and sorted, not a huge deal. The swimming pool is great and the main selling point, without it I wouldn't have came here. I'm disappointed that the pool isn't open on a Monday or Friday. We went to Caister 2 years ago and used the pool there on a Friday after checking out. I didn't know that you couldn't use the pool on a Friday here so only got 3 days of pool use. No activites on a Monday or Friday either. The pool is open 10-3. The parks here are a bit knackered. The slide on the park near the climbing wall is blocked off so can't be used. The one near the swimming pool has a spinny thing and the handles are worn. We didn't bring any food with us and went to have breakfast on Tuesday to discover the coasthouse is only open for breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Monday! I got numerous messages about kids eating for £1 including breakfast which we couldn't get on the days we wanted breakfast due to the opening times. We didn't see the pizza deck open either. I had the beyond meat burger one evening and the actual burger was fine but it contained very little for the price, a small amount of mayo, a tomato and a piece of lettuce. I ended up doing a Tesco order and only having dessert from the coast house due to the disappointing burger as I didn't want to risk another disappointing meal for the price. My son had mac and cheese which he enjoyed though. My son did climbing, pottery and slime which he enjoyed. There's no longer free activities and the activities are quite expensive. We don't do the entertainment so we couldn't comment on that. We had a few minor issues such as the caravan wobbling badly at night but some guys came and sorted it fairly quickly and we had no oven trays and again, someone came out quickly with two for us. We can't complain about actual staff or service because they were fine. Just disappointed about the pool not being open on Mondays or Fridays and the coasthouse not serving breakfast Tuesday, Wednesdays or Thursdays and the pizza deck not being open.

My family and I always thoroughly enjoy going to Seashore - this will be our third time as a family! The park has brilliant facilities, including food and entertainment, that you don't really need to leave! The swimming pool is a particular favourite for my 4 year old. Everything is in walking distance on the park, and we were so lucky this time to be right by the clubhouse. If you do decide to venture out to the front, the mini train is regularly running visits, which makes going out so easy without having to pay the hefty car parking charges! My son is already asking when we'll be going back - it might not have a swim up bar or hit 30°c, but it's definitely a memorable holiday for a family!
