Can I choose the location of my accommodation at a Haven holiday park?
Up until 7 days before the start of your break you will be eligible to Choose Your Holiday Home for your break and its location on park, subject to availability.
Should your booking be eligible for Choose Your Holiday Home, you will receive an email from Haven inviting you to log into My Account and pre-select your location ahead of your break. This will only become available once a booking has been made and can be done anytime up until seven days before your holiday.
In order to access Choose Your Holiday Home, you'll need to have an online account via My Haven set up. Please use your password and email address to log in.
Choose Your Holiday Home is subject to availability and some exclusions apply. There is a separate charge for Choose Your Holiday Home and payments must be made, in full, at the time of selecting and booking your holiday home, in order to guarantee your location on the park and your selected holiday home. Do all Haven lodges come with a hot tub?
Hot tub lodges are currently only available at Golden Sands, Lincolnshire and are not standard across all lodge grades or parks. Be sure to check out our Lodges with Hot Tubs page for more details.
What's included in a Haven lodge holiday?
As part of our lodges, standard features include a fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge and freezer, hairdryer, TVs, outdoor decking, linen and towel and WiFi among other home comforts.
Our higher grade lodges - diamond and signature - both have additional features, including a dishwasher, while the signature offers guests a unique sea or lake view.

How many people can a Haven lodge sleep?
Lodges can sleep up to four or six guests across two or three bedrooms depending on the grade you choose. For specific capacity details, make sure to head to our lodges page for more information.
Can I choose the location of my lodge on the park?
With our choose your holiday home feature, guests are able to select their exact lodge position on the park before arrival.
What on-park facilities can I use during my lodge stay?
Lodge guests have access to Haven's on-park facilities including heated indoor pools, entertainment, food and drink venues, and activities. For pre-booking information, head to our activities page to find out more.
