Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a Haven holiday and a Haven Hideaway break?
Haven holidays are our flagship package perfect for families seeking non-stop entertainment. You get a self-catered caravan, access to dining options and arcades, a Play Pass for swimming and entertainment access, plus access to book free and paid activities for all ages. Haven Hideaway breaks are ideal if you prefer to explore the surrounding area: you'll have a comfortable caravan base and restaurant and arcade access, but without the entertainment, swimming and activities, giving you more flexibility to discover the local coast and attractions.
What's included in a Haven holiday package?
A Haven holiday includes: a self-catered holiday home, access to swimming pools, access to all entertainment and arcades, pre-bookable free and paid activities for all ages, restaurant access, and takeaway options. This gives you maximum flexibility—you can enjoy on-site entertainment or prepare your own meals with the self-catering facilities.
Do Haven holiday packages include accommodation and meals?
Accommodation is included - you'll stay in a comfortable self-catered caravan with full kitchen facilities, so you can prepare meals yourself. On-site restaurants and takeaways are also available, giving you the flexibility to dine out or cook in. This offers more flexibility than a traditional hotel room.
How many Haven parks are available and where are they located?
We have 38 Haven parks spread across the British coastline, covering every coastal corner of the country. Parks are located in destinations including Blackpool, Devon, Dorset, Essex, Kent, Lake District, Norfolk, Northumberland, Wales, and Yorkshire—ensuring there's a location perfect for your next British seaside escape.
Are Haven holidays suitable for families with dogs?
Yes! Haven offers dog-friendly holiday packages at most parks. You can enjoy a self-catered caravan, entertainment, and activities whilst bringing your furry friend along. It's a great option for families who don't want to leave their pets behind. Please note that Riviere Sands in Cornwall and Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset do not allow dogs.
