Blue Dolphin is surrounded by beaches galore! The park overlooks Gristhorpe Bay and is right next to the golden beach at Filey. Explore the wild moors close by or head to the fishing lake at Blue Dolphin for a spot of fishing before enjoying an evening of entertainment.

- There’s a heated indoor pool with multi-lane water slide for guests' swimming needs whilst at Blue Dolphin, and there's an outdoor pool too
- Fishing lake
- Bring your rods, licence and equipment and head down for a relaxing day by the small lake where there are up to eight different swims to fish. Please note our fishing pond is currently not accessible to wheelchair users.

Make a hit and you’ll score points with your total cricket, tennis and baseball scores shown on the leader board. Making it look easy? We can tell the machine controlling the ball's speed and spin to give you a bigger challenge.

- Bounce, slide and climb your way through the small obstacles on this bouncy castle. It's giggletastic way for your little ones to burn off some energy. We have sessions for 2-5 and 6-10 year old's.

- Essential for any young explorer, this Bushcraft activity will give you the know-how to safely light a fire using things found in the wild. Our Ranger will teach you all the necessary skills and you’ll put them into practice there and then.

Frequently asked questions
The park is situated on a hill sloping up to the cliff top. There's a mix of flat and sloping areas. The park is suitable for pushchairs.
Is the park wheelchair friendly? Yes. Wheelchair hire is available from Scarborough Mobility, they can be contacted on 01723 377515 and deliver to the site.
Access There is disabled access to reception and the main complex, plus ramp access to the dance floor in our entertainment venue.
How long would it take you to walk from the furthest point in the park to facilities? A leisurely 10-15-minute walk.
Accommodation areas suitable for guests with disabilities Birchside and Maple Rise are accommodation areas either close to amenities or on flat ground with parking next to the holiday home.
Parking We have Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
Swimming pool A pool hoist is available (weight restriction 400lbs/181kg). Steps (shallow end) provide gradual access, only leading into water. This is not suitable for any disabled guest who cannot use steps and support their own body weight.
Changing area There's a disabled changing room available with wet room shower facilities.
Access to sea/beach There's no direct beach access. The closest sandy beach is two miles away.
Filey Train Station is just two miles away from Blue Dolphin Holiday Park. The station is served by trains between Hull and Scarborough.
